Terms and Conditions

By engaging Titan Life Safety for fire protection services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Titan Life Safety provides fire protection inspection, testing, and maintenance services for commercial and residential properties. All services are performed in accordance with applicable NFPA standards and local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements. The scope of each service engagement is defined by the service agreement or work order executed between Titan Life Safety and the client.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring inspection or service at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees. Titan Life Safety will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling requests but cannot guarantee specific appointment times.

3. Inspection Reports & Documentation

Inspection reports are provided following each completed service visit. Reports document the condition of systems inspected and identify any deficiencies observed at the time of inspection. Reports are made available through the client portal or delivered by email. Titan Life Safety is not responsible for conditions that develop between inspection intervals.

4. Deficiencies & Repairs

When deficiencies are identified during an inspection, Titan Life Safety will document and communicate them to the client. Correction of deficiencies is the responsibility of the property owner or designated representative. Titan Life Safety may provide repair services upon request and mutual agreement. Failure to correct identified deficiencies may affect system compliance and is the sole responsibility of the client.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices may be paid by credit card or ACH by selecting "Pay Invoice" on the invoice sent by email or text. Accounts past due by more than 30 days may be subject to a late fee and suspension of services. Titan Life Safety reserves the right to withhold inspection reports until payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

Titan Life Safety's liability for any claim arising out of services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Titan Life Safety is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or loss resulting from fire, system failure, or any other cause beyond the direct negligence of Titan Life Safety. Inspection services do not guarantee that a fire protection system will operate as intended in all circumstances.

7. Compliance Responsibility

While Titan Life Safety performs inspections and testing in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes, ultimate responsibility for maintaining a compliant fire protection system rests with the property owner. Titan Life Safety does not assume responsibility for obtaining permits, satisfying AHJ requirements, or ensuring that corrective actions are completed by the client.

8. Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Service agreements may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice. Prepaid services are non-refundable unless cancellation is initiated by Titan Life Safety.

9. Privacy

Titan Life Safety collects client information solely for the purpose of providing fire protection services, communicating about service visits, and delivering inspection documentation. 10. Changes to These Terms

Titan Life Safety reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version will always be available on this page.
