Titan Life Safety is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and website visitors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when scheduling services, creating a client portal account, submitting a contact form, or communicating with our team. This may include your name, business name, property address, phone number, email address, and details about your fire protection systems. We also collect information generated through the delivery of our services, including inspection reports, service records, and system documentation.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to schedule and perform fire protection inspections, testing, and maintenance services; deliver inspection reports and service documentation through the client portal or by email; send invoices and process payments; respond to inquiries and provide customer support; comply with applicable laws, regulations, and AHJ requirements; and improve our services and communications.

3. Client Portal

The Titan Life Safety client portal allows authorized users to access inspection reports, documents, and service history for their properties. Access is protected by account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as payment processors and email delivery services) under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Titan Life Safety, our clients, or others.

5. Payment Information

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Titan Life Safety does not store credit card numbers or ACH account details on our systems. All payment transactions are encrypted and handled in accordance with applicable payment security standards. Please review the privacy policy of your payment processor for details on how your payment information is handled.

6. Data Retention

We retain client information and service records for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain accurate inspection histories, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Inspection records may be retained for extended periods as required by NFPA standards or local AHJ requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us, subject to our legal retention obligations.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for your client portal account.

8. Cookies & Website Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience and understand how visitors use our site.
